The CEMTEC® system consists of a water-cooled gas sampling probe that is moved in and out of the combustion process by a pneumatic sliding device.
The process gas is sucked into the filter unit through the end of the protective cooling pipe and then fed into the centrally located, heated measurement chamber.
In addition to sensors for zero-delay O2 and COe analysis, there is a heated gas sampling tube inside the measuring chamber. Through this pipe, gas sample is fed to the extraction analyzer, which makes it possible to measure gaseous components such as (NO, NO2, NOx, SO2, etc.). The combination of a high-temperature probe by ENOTEC and flue gas analyzers offered by PENTOL allows the process to be controlled at temperatures up to 1400 ̊C and dust up to 2000 g/m3.
